401 Rozendal is a modern, upmarket wedding venue on the Polkadraai Road close to Stellenbosch. With its old world charm, it makes a super choice for a romantic wedding.
On Saturday the Duo Decadence wedding music duo played in the six bridesmaids on Canon in D – a perfect song choice if you have a few bridesmaids, each entering separately.
The bride made a majestic entrance on the traditional Mendelssohn Wedding March.
Every wedding has its own style which creates its own unique atmosphere. Ribbons are still very trendy this season and at Saturday’s wedding, ribbons were cut into different lengths and attached to one of the beams in the ceiling. A light breeze caused them to dance freely – what an awesome picture!
On the photo (right) you can see the view from the chapel, with its huge bell that gets ringed as the couple leaves the chapel after the wedding ceremony.
Acoustic-wise, the duo on violin and clarinet was a wise choice as far as wedding music in a loft was concerned. The bride and groom also expressed their gratitude and mentioned that the music was exactly what they had in mind when the wedding planner hired our duo to play wedding music at their wedding ceremony.
We are now midst in our wedding season here in Cape Town, South Africa, and now is a good time to book for your wedding music in October. Please check availability as we already have secured bookings up till 15 December 2014.
